After going through my own menopause experience, (early due to a hysterectomy), where I struggled to find information and support, I trained as a Menopause Wellbeing Practitioner. Already a fitness instructor, I’ve also added to my qualifications as a Level 3 Instructor for older adults, Womens Coaching Specialist, Menopause Movement Coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist. Exercise has helped me massively through my journey.
